Our business is unique because we only service medium density blocks of units, no residential cleaning (no cleaning toilets) and no commercial cleaning (no night work). Clean Green Strata’s point of differentiation is its focus on servicing strata properties & the ability to offer both strata cleaning & lawn-care services. While franchisees have the flexibility of purchasing billable work from Clean Green Strata, franchisees are encouraged to grow both their business & the brand footprint through referrals and local area marketing. Clean Green Strata takes responsibility for all client billing and collection activities on behalf of franchisees, leaving you to concentrate on growing your business. Clean Green Strata
Capital Investment Required:
The Franchise fee is $10,000, however there are also potentially costs associated with purchasing a vehicle and purchasing any initial work.
Sites Territories Available:
Sydney and the Central Coast of NSW.
Qualifications Required:
Cleaning, gardening and lawn mowing experience is preferred but all the necessary skills will be acquired during the initial training period. Obviously people with management experience including the army, police or with middle management backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
