Clark Rubber retail franchise awards National Best Practice Franchisee of the Year

Campbelltown Clark Rubber has been recognised as the retail franchise’s best store in Australia at Clark Rubber’s annual Awards Night. Franchisees, Ian and Denise Clark from Kirkham beat 78 other stores to take home the prize.

It’s the first time the retail franchise has won the National Award although they have received the State accolade for three consecutive years.

Despite previous recognition of the couple’s hard work, Ian and Denise were surprised to receive the highest praise out of all of Clark Rubber’s retail franchises.

Winners of the Best Practice Franchisee of the Year Award are deemed best on criteria such as customer service, sales and the franchise’s fit-out. Denise expressed her thanks towards the staff of their retail franchise which has been operating for 16 years.

“No way we can do anything without the contribution from our staff.

“This award is shared with them and we certainly thank our loyal customers for all their support.

“We want to continue doing the job we do for them,” Denise said.

Clark Rubber’s Awards Night 2011 was held at The Grand Ballroom of Parliament House in Canberra.
