The Central Coast lawyers provides legal advice for businesses
Central Coast lawyers was established by David Prior in 1985 as David Prior Solicitors on the Central Coast at Toukley. The firm grew gradually over the next seven years and 1992 the legal franchisee business changed its name to Priority Legal Services Inc. to better reflect its growing client base. The Priority Legal Services Inc. operated as a general legal practice and its primary function was assisting the growth of local business by providing commercial legal services to the businesses.
The legal advice business was joined by Warwick Ryan in 1997, who rapidly became an integral part of the organisation and offered the firm’s commercial clients a more comprehensive legal service by specialising in Employment and Industrial Relations Law. In 1998, Warwick Ryan became a partner in the firm. Finally, in 2003 the legal franchisee business was renamed as Central Coast lawyers.
With the renaming of the legal advice business to Central Coast lawyers, the firm also strengthened its business services and focused on servicing commercial clients and satisfying their changing legal needs.
