Car Care Australia has now been in business for over 25 years and attributes its success to its complete belief in fostering a strong partnership between the Australian franchise and its local franchisees.

It is this strong partnership that has helped Car Care to grow over the past 25 years to its current position as one of Australia’s leading car detailing companies.

Matthew Khoury is a very recent addition to the Car Care franchisee family, opening his NSW branch in August of 2011. He stands testament to the crucial importance of a strong partnership from the very first moment with Car Care.

Prior to purchasing his Car Care franchise Matthew was an experienced car detailer for a prestigious luxury European car manufacturer.

Over the years Car Care has fine tuned its services to maximise customer satisfaction and helping detailers to be efficient at the same time. Matthew was trained in the Car Care way before he set to work.

Following on from his initial Car Care training, and drawing on his 10 years of experience, Matthew was fully set to succeed right from day one.

Matthew was supplied with paid work from the very first week of his training and has since gone on to grow his business up to a $3000 weekly turnover. He says that by being his own boss he is in control and earning almost three times as much as in his previous job.

Matthew’s work is supported and booked by a centralised call centre.
