Car maintenance and automotive services from the Caltex franchise
The Caltex franchise owns and operates two petroleum refineries with a capacity of more than 35 million litres a day. The car maintenance services provider also operates the largest oil company retail network across Australia. The petroleum products of the automotive franchise are marketed all over Australia through three channels of distribution, namely, retail, wholesale and commercial.
The car maintenance and repair franchise also operates service stations with convenience stores in about 500 Star Shop and Star Mart locations. Through its extensive retail network, the Caltex franchise markets to commercial and industrial customers in the aviation, mining, industrial and transport sectors. Speciality products such as bitumen, waxes and gases are also marketed by the car products provider. Presently, the car repair services provider has 64 resellers, which supply to more than 1,100 service stations in rural areas.
