Gold Coast franchisee embraces new lifestyle with Cafe2U mobile coffee shop franchises

Cafe2U mobile coffee shop franchises offered a new challenge and the possibility of a more flexible lifestyle for Gold Coast franchisee Nikki Rydlicki, whose burgeoning business has now become a local coffee institution.

Having worked in pharmaceuticals for more than 20 years, Nikki decided it was time for a change when she heard about the opportunities offered by the mobile coffee vans.

She was sick of working indoors, she says, and decided she needed a job that allowed her to be outside and interacting with the local community.

“I wanted to be my own boss and in addition I wanted a job which would work around my social lifestyle,” Nikki adds.

The move has proven to be successful one, with her Burleigh Heads run servicing businesses in the Reedy Creek and Currumbin areas. After careful nurturing, Nikki says, she can now work part time while still earning full time wages.

“This has always been a dream of mine,” she explains.

A key factor that attracted Nikki to Cafe2U mobile coffee shop franchises was the introduction of the company’s acceleration package, which allows franchisees to fast-track their business three months ahead of schedule.

This jump start meant that Nikki could start pursuing the dream of owning her own business even sooner.

“It’s been the best thing I have ever done,” she reflects. “I have met so many new people whom I now consider not only business partners, but true friends.”
