We are a small family owned business located in Port Macquaire, NSW. We opened our first Café in 2003 as a haven for Coffee Lovers.
Our desire was to establish a business where people can enjoy many different types and styles of coffee, a desire to improve the general quality of coffee available in the market place. BUZZ roasts and serves its own special blends and single origin coffees, all are available to enjoy in-store or purchase as beans to enjoy at home.
We continued this passion into tea and we now serve and sell our range of loose leaf teas. Tea in a pot, with milk and hot water jugs! The way it should be…. Our lunch and snack lines are designed to be cost effective, fresh and ready to go. All menus are provided to you with full recipes and training. We combine in-house made food with items purchased from select companies who think quality, and price.
The Cafes have grown in stature and compete very strongly against other international and national brands. We will continue to grow with like minded people who enjoy the drive to succeed and enjoy every day of their working live. Café BUZZ has different models for different situations and we have a full fit out team available to develop your dream into your business!
Our extensive training and franchise systems are in place to ensure the success of your business. We provide you with a turn-key business with supervision and consulting readily available. This includes everything from full operation manuals, point of sale terminal, uniform package and full shop fit out together with ongoing research and development and an advertising and marketing plan.
Set-UpCafé BUZZ provides you with a turn-key business, we do everything to open your business. You receive full operation manuals, point of sale terminal, uniform package and full shop fit out together with ongoing research and development and an advertising and marketing plan. Café BUZZ will negotiate directly with the landlord to secure the best deal for our franchisees. A sublease or license is drawn between Café BUZZ and the franchisee to reflect the same conditions as the head lease.
Licence Fee A license fee of 4% of sales is remitted monthly, with a 3% national advertising levy.
Marketing Programs All your marketing will be organized for you, everything you need is done for you! We use TV, radio and press as well as working in the local community.
Franchisor Support and Training Café BUZZ will provide all your training, from the very start. You will learn all aspects of the business in our company store, you will be trained, the BUZZ way. Everything from opening the door in the morning, setting up, making, serving, cleaning and Closing!! We will even get your home office ready so there are no “boxes” with paper in them

What do you need?
You will need an investment between $250k and $400k depending on the size of the location and your desires. This is broken down into a Franchise Fee, complete turn-key fitout, training, office set-up and working capital.
It does not include your legal fees, your accountant fees or your personal costs during training.
