CPR is a home based franchise with large dedicated territories of a minimum of 15,000 homes or properties. In addition to home maintenance and repairs, CPR’s core business is consulting and completing or arranging works for clients and agents on the requirements to gain a higher return by professionaly presenting their homes for sale/rental or to increase their property values for refinancing.
Training and Support The CPR support office and call centre is located in Oakleigh Victoria. This facility is where we conduct most of our initial training on the requirements to prepare homes for sale, rental requirements and value adding improvements to properties. A strong emphasis is placed upon teaching franchisees the ability to provide accurate recommendations, proposals and quotations.
In addition to value adding to properties, we are increasingly receiving more handyman/ home maintenance projects.
Products and Services We have an ever expanding range of products and services that franchisees have wholesale or commission based access to that can increase their potential profit – all in their standard day to day duties.
CPR effectively provides a “one stop” shopping package for the home or business owner. These products include blinds, awnings, carpet, ponds and pumps, window/door screens, shower screens, plants, furniture rental – the list of suppliers continues to grow.
