BCT Operations Centre is available to clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to
ensure smooth operation of the business and client satisfaction. Bookings and
reservations can be made 7 days a week from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm, through BCT’s
convenient 1300 number or can be made via E-mail or the internet.

interview to provide detailed information about the BCT systems and procedures,
then a day out on the job will be organised with one of the existing
franchisees. Once this is completed then the franchise contracts are issues and
BCT assists in the supply and set up of the franchise. The process from start to
finish usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks.
