The Brumby's Bakeries franchise offers bread variety such as ‘eat me now’, eat me later, meal solution and seasonal. The ‘eat me now’ variety from the retail business includes American caramel scroll, apple and blueberry low fat muffin, apple and cinnamon premium muffin, apple and custard triangle Danish, apple cushion, apple scroll - fondant topping, apple scroll - icing sugar topping, apple slice, apple turnover and so on. The eat me later variety offered by the café franchise encompasses items such as 12-cereal cobb, 12-cereal dinner roll, 12-cereal open top, 12-cereal pipe, 12-cereal roll, 12-cereal sandwich, 12-cereal Vienna, Aegean apricot loaf, apple and walnut log.

The meal solutions provided by the Brumby's Bakeries franchise includes items such as Choppa Loaf – Australian, Choppa Loaf – Supreme, Christmas Twist, etc. The seasonal varieties from the café franchise comprises of Anzac biscuits, cherry and walnut shortbread, chocolate hot cross buns, Christmas bread tree, Christmas fruit mince shortbread, Christmas fruit shortbread and so on.
