All bread products are baked fresh everyday, on site, with premium ingredients. The Brumby’s Story
Brumby’s Bakery is operated under license by Retail Food Group Australia (RFG) who are also the ultimate owner of four other franchise systems, Michel’s Patisserie, bb’s cafe, Donut King and Brumby’s GO!
Brumby’s was established over 30 years ago with the opening of its first bakery, The Old Style Bread Centre, in Ashburton Victoria. From these humble beginnings, Brumby’s went on to establish 320 stores throughout Australia and New Zealand. In 2007, the Brumby’s system was acquired by Retail Food Group. Brumby’s is truly a retail success story.
Brumby’s Bakery – Successful Ingredients Our support systems ensure franchisees and staff deliver the best quality food, beverage and service to our customers. No previous baking experience is required with new franchisees completing 12 weeks baking training plus 4 weeks retail training. This is followed by constant coaching and mentoring by your field based Business Development Manager who will assist your in managing, marketing and operating your business.
