Sydney-based Mason Consulting Partners promotes Brain Tracy Training business training franchises

Peter Mason operates one of many Brian Tracy Training business training franchises, under the business name Mason Consulting Partners. Based out of metropolitan Sydney, he says he also has potential affiliates in place in Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta.

First discovering the training services provided by the business training franchises when he took one of Brian’s courses himself, Peter was drawn to the presentation style and materials presented, and decided to start his own training business.

That initial course equipped him with the product details, content and knowledge he needed to get started.

Peter’s role in the network of business training franchises is to promote BTI training sessions and workshops, recruiting clients and organising venues, facilitators and materials needed.

He consults with clients as to the right program to run, and assists others in using BTI material to satisfy their problems and learning needs, both personal and business.

Peter says that it is important for him to understand client and market needs, and has also set up a range of affiliates to further promote BTI courses, earning income from their purchases of manuals and training material.

Proactively promoting the Brian Tracy brand, Peter attends associations and chamber of commerce meetings and meets clients needs where he can in the market place.

“My Franchise is seen as responsible and helpful and friendly with a genuine desire to help,” he adds.

It’s not always easy to get people to sign on to training courses in the corporate world, Peter admits, with a lot of other business training franchises and companies already in place, but he is careful only to offer training services where he sees a genuine need for improvement.

The strength of the Brian Tracy name and reputation has propelled Peter’s business forward though, and with quality materials and content, and ongoing support in the form of facilitators and IT and marketing materials, he is confident of further success.
