Boulangerie deFrance is a franchised French Bakery Cafe Concept headquartered in Australia. There are currently franchised stores in Sydney with the next store due to open in Brisbane February 2012 and another due to open in Sydney shortly after. Boulangerie deFrance can service and supply franchised stores almost anywhere in Australia. If you decide to proceed with a franchise store, we use professional services for site selection and assessment. We would oversee and work with you to find the most suitable location or to qualify an existing site. We are poised for rapid expansion and opportunities exist right now in Australia's premiere shopping centres and precincts and anywhere great coffee and food is needed.

- Baguettes & Bread Our bread is baked on site daily, throughout the day. Product is sourced from local suppliers and we have preferred supplier agreements to ensure consistency of supply. The baguettes and breads are baked to Boulangerie deFrance specifications ensuring breads of authentic French tradition.
- Baguette Sandwiches When it comes to sandwiches you just can’t beat the French baguette. At the core of the Boulangerie de France operation are our baked on premises baguettes, made to order with the customer’s choice of fillings. Baguette Sandwich Artist’s are more than happy to follow customer requests, or to make recommendations.
- Crepes We couldn’t be a French café without crepes! Our crepes are prepared to order, providing in store theatre and are a strong point of difference.
- Pastries We produce in-store, a beautiful range of pastries that literally transport you from wherever you are right into some gorgeous little Parisian street!
- Signature Series Our signature series highlights the popularity and premium taste of our mix range. Our Chicken deFrance mix is unbeatable, our customers can’t get enough of it and our Tuna deFrance comes a close second.
- Coffee We serve our signature Boulangerie deFrance coffee made with hand selected beans from AAA grade Ethiopian, Costa Rican and Brazilian beans. Our contractual agreement with suppliers confirms pricing and supply for the next four years. The blend is an ultra-premium grade blend produced, bagged and delivered by Grinders Coffee.
- Cold Drinks We maintain exclusive agreements with our drink suppliers that guarantees exceptional pricing for all franchisees for the next three years.
WHAT ARE THE STEPS TO BECOMING A FRANCHISEE?
- Step 1: Submit your Expression of Interest and/or Application form. Have an initial interview with Boulangerie deFrance.
- Step 2: Receive disclosure document, which must be in possession for 14 days. Pay the initial deposit.
- Step 3: Complete and return signed Disclosure Document after the 14 day cooling off period.
- Step 4: Attend final interview with Boulangerie deFrance Franchise Recruitment Consultant. Agree on appropriate Boulangerie deFrance site. Take receipt of Boulangerie deFrance Franchise Agreement.
- Step 5: Seek independent legal advice for the Franchise Agreement. Both parties agree to proceed.
- Step 6: Pay balance of Franchise Fee. Set training and store opening date
