South Brisbane franchisee wins Bloomtools award

South Brisbane franchisee, Emma Rolley, has been awarded the Bloomtools award for the Most Improved Franchisee 2012.

The award recognises the South Brisbane internet franchise’s significant improvement in sales, customer service, knowledge and client satisfaction over the past 12 months.

“I am so delighted to have won this award! My team and I have been putting a lot of effort into getting the best result for our clients,” said Rolley.

“I’m glad to see that it’s been recognised by the team at Bloomtools Head Office.”

The award was presented during Bloomtools’ annual conference, which was held in the Hunter Valley and was attended by all Bloomtools franchisees. The conference provided a great opportunity for the franchise team to discuss the year’s successes and plans for 2012.

"All the Bloomtools Franchisees have been in growth mode this year, so I really didn’t think I’d win the award,” said Rolley.

“I think all the Bloomtools team deserve a round of applause for 2011 because we’ve all been working hard to bring as much success to the franchise as possible.”
