25 years in the making – Bathroom Werx wins back one of its valuable franchise owners
It was 25 years ago that Piero Sidoti worked for a Bathroom Werx franchise for two years as a Bathroom Reconditioning Specialist. He left to pursue a career in carpentry and spent the next two decades working on some of Melbourne’s iconic buildings including the Rialto, Casino, Customs House, and many other high rise buildings.
As well as running a part time computer repair business and other odd jobs, Sidoti also had his hands full raising two kids and working as a carpenter for for one of Melbourne’s leading building companies.
Sidoti also received a Bravery Award for saving a women’s life at St. Kilda Marina.
A qualified cabinet maker, Sidoti returned to his old work place at Bathroom Werx when the opportunity arose for a franchising opportunity.
“The company has changed considerably since I first started 25 years ago. The customer service standards of the company are outstanding. It is a pleasure working for a business that always puts the customer first,” says Sidoti.
Apart from the flexibility that such bathroom restoration franchises offer, Sidoti says that saving customers money is a reward in itself.
“The other thing I have noticed is the professionalism of all the team and their focus on the customer. Also I forgot how much I enjoyed making old bathrooms look like new again and how happy it made my customers having a new bathroom again.”30.04.2012
