Entrepreneur, motivational speaker and author appointed as a Director of BSR Group
Entrepreneur, motivational speaker and author Bob Ansett as a director of the BSR Group board.
Mr Ansett takes with him a wealth of top-level business experience in many areas including management, franchising, selling and customer relations. He was the founder of Budget Rent a Car and exported the system to over 20 countries including Japan and New Zealand during his 25 years with the company. He grew Budget from a two-person small business to a dynamic enterprise employing more than 3000 people with an annual turnover in excess of $400 million.
Mr Ansett left Budget in 1990 and established Bob Ansett Marketing to provide marketing advice, franchising know-how and to assist with the development of customer service cultures within organisations. The company now operates from Noosa Heads on the Sunshine Coast where he now resides.

Mr Ansett is also the Patron of the University of Queensland Business School Enterprise Project, founder and inaugural president of the Australian Customer Service Association and chairman of the federal government's Trade Negotiations Advisory Group.
His previous roles have included president of the Melbourne Chamber of Commerce and president of the North Melbourne Football Club.
Betta has over 130 franchise stores nationwide and has been a part of the Australian community since 1961.
