Queensland Women Franchisees barking up the right tree
“Winning the award was truly amazing as I was up against some very good competition,” said Toni. “It’s such an honour. I absolutely love what I do and being an Aussie Pooch Mobile franchisee is more than just a job, it is a passion and it also has benefits for my 2 gorgeous dogs who get VIP service and expect nothing less.”
And the accolades go on. Tina Sweeting from Strathpine snared Queensland Franchisee of the Year and Lisa Morgan from Bracken Ridge took out Franchise of the Year Under 12 Months, with a franchise run she bought from Tina Sweeting. And to add more credence to the Queensland contingent, Toni Ambrose is area manager for both Tina and Lisa.
“Winning this award is amazing,” says Tina. Since buying my Aussie Pooch Mobile franchise I’ve never looked back. I’ve already built my business to a point where I’ve spilt off and sold a portion of the franchise and am now looking at expanding further.”
Awards aside, there is one thing these three dynamic women share – passion.
And it’s a passion that Chris Taylor, founder of Aussie Pooch Mobile says is the absolute essence of Aussie Pooch Mobile.
All three throw themselves relentlessly into many events to help raise money for charity including RSPCA, Variety Queensland, The Animal Welfare League, Lions Hearing Dogs, Assistance Dogs and Breast Cancer Awareness.
“I am so fortunate to be doing something I love, that I want to be able to give back to the community,” explains Lisa. “Being involved in worthwhile causes, and helping others, is extremely humbling. It’s the Aussie Pooch philosophy and something I feel extremely proud to be a part of,” says Lisa whose sentiments are echoed by both Toni and Tina of the home based business.
So it looks as though these dynamic Queensland women are definitely barking up the right tree.
The Aussie Pooch Mobile was the first franchise system of its kind, and is still the largest franchised dog wash and pet care company in the world.
