Conception of AIDA Real Estate’s real estate & property franchise structure

The AIDA Real Estate franchise was established by the firm’s current managing director, Piet Potgieter in 2006 in Queensland. The real estate & property services franchise was setup based on its founder’s extensive experience in the fields of property services in Australia and South Africa. Piet Potgieter has garnered over three years of experience in the commercial property sector with the Ray White group and used this experience to create and develop a fledgling property management franchise.

Piet Potgieter, along with fellow director Jako Potgieter, sought to devise a sound structural plan that would help make the quiet real estate industry into an exciting and workable business opportunity. Based on this business concept the two directors conceptualised the AIDA Real Estate franchise and acquired and trademarked the AIDA Brand and fulfilled the various necessary legal requisites. Through the property management franchise, Piet Potgieter and Jako Potgieter facilitated an institution which would allow them to equip their staff, clients and franchisees with all the tools that they would require to operate a profitable and professional business.

The first office of the AIDA Real Estate franchise was established in Middle Ridge Toowoomba as a trial office and based on the results acquired from that office the directors built the structure for the real estate & property services franchise.
