KNOWLEDGE FROM AN EXPERT REVEALS WHY BUSINESS COACHING IS THE INDUSTRY TO WATCH ...
The industry of business coaching is skyrocketing, according to the founder of the world's leading business coaching franchise and columnist, Brad Sugars.
"We are only right at the very beginning of this industry. Up until now, only the early adopters really had a business coach," Sugars explains.
As chairman of ActionCOACH and author of 14 business books, Sugars has witnessed the emerging trend whereby business owners now consider having a coach as the norm. He explains business coaching is currently at the same place that financial planners, accountants and attorneys were a decade ago.
"Now, the attitude is if I don't have a business coach, I'd better get one today and get the best of the best before my competitor does. That attitude is why my company is enjoying unprecedented growth in the industry."
ActionCOACH alone has experienced 57% growth in the number of franchisees from 2005 to 2006 —a staggering figure when you consider the yearly average is 12% for the franchise industry.
The need for business coaches is exploding in North America. According to a recent ESurvey, one in 12 small to medium sized business owners will consider appointing a business coach right now.
In the US this means there are over one million business owners who are looking for help.
"With the demand for business coaching services on the rise and the ActionCOACH franchise experiencing unparalleled growth worldwide, now more than ever do we need people to join our team", Sugars said.
For the last five years, Entrepreneur magazine has listed Action International, now ActionCOACH, as the No. 1 Business Consulting Service Franchise.
In 2006, ActionCOACH won five international business awards including the prestigious Stevie International Business Award for the Best Overall Company. The company was also ranked #46 in the Fastest Growing Franchises in the world, by Entrepeneur magazine in 2008.
ActionCOACH has more than 1000 business coaches in 26 countries making them the undisputed world leader in their category.
According to Sugars, professionals who become a business coach share some common traits.
"The typical person who joins ActionCOACH is passionate about business and helping others, is seeking a rewarding lifestyle in the business industry and they are looking for a way to use their business knowledge and turn it into business profit, " he said.
"You don't have to be a guru to succeed. The ActionCOACH system has been designed to get results in a way that's effective for the business owner and profitable for the coach."
Sugars encourages those interested in becoming an ActionCOACH to take the online test or call for a free information kit.
