Is there any income guarantee?
Yes, for the first two years you will have the security of knowing that your income is fully guaranteed through the AMC Turnover Guarantee.

What is the approximate cost of the equipment I need?
There is a minimum equipment package to get you started, the cost is approximately $2,000.00. What hours will I have to work? Most franchisees program their cleaning, dependent on the clients needs either between 7am to 9am or 3pm to 10pm Monday to Friday, occasionally a weekend may be included.

Will I need to leave my current employment?
No, most of the contracts can be serviced by you without disrupting your current employment until your business grows to the level that you feel comfortable in leaving your employment and concentrating on your own financial future.

Can I start with a $100,000 per annum business?
Yes, you may wish to start with $100,000 or even $1,000,000 in annual business. For all new franchisees, we require you to successfully complete our training program to ensure you have the understanding and knowledge prior to start up.

Is any finance available?
Yes, finance is available; you should contact our office for a confidential discussion on the best finance for your needs.
 
Would any staffing support be available in an emergency?
Yes, AMC will provide franchise owners with staffing support for such emergencies as sickness or accident, staffing support can be made available to enable you to enjoy a holiday. Essentially, an employee of AMC or another franchisee would attend to your clients needs in your absence. Of course, there would be a charge for this service.
