Tommy Gun’s is a revolutionised barbershop experience with cutting edge technology to enhance the customer experience. Originated in Canada in 2009, the first Australian store was opened in 2015. Tommy Gun’s was finally introduced to the Australian market, making it the first complete men’s grooming destination.
Customers are greeted with a complimentary beverage and directed to the stores digitalised customer interface that eliminates the traditional barbershop waiting room. After customers check in, they are free to indulge in the stores old school arcade or enjoy one of the many flat screen televisions with Foxtel. Once a chair is free, the customer is notified by a generated text message. Tommy Gun’s not only offers great custom cuts, with cut throat shaves and track work but also has a large range of professional grooming products from hair products to trimmers to straight razors to beard products.
