No pool or spa experience needed

• Our successful Franchise Partners come from various backgrounds, but they are all self-motivated, entrepreneurs with a genuine customer focus.
• You don’t need any previous experience. We have an excellent training program that covers everything you need to know. Poolwerx has 30+ years of experience helping our Franchise Partners be successful. Our systems are proven, well-tested and will be the foundation of your future success.

Training & support

You will hit the ground running after your 3-weeks training at our purpose-built ‘Pool School’. This training will give you hands-on skills. We also train you in Poolwerx processes and systems. Most Franchisees will gain a Cert 3 in Pool and Spa Maintenance within a few months of starting. All Franchise Partners receive ongoing support and training, incl. coaching and mentoring, plus support using our apps and software, all carefully chosen to help you succeed in your business.

Marketing

Poolwerx will work with you to help grow your customers and support your local marketing ideas. You have access to a team of marketing professionals who support you with national and regional marketing campaigns plus comprehensive local area marketing support.

We use a range of channels and strategies including promotions, TV, digital and online marketing to build our position as Australia’s best-known pool & spa people.

Signage: As well as your high profile retail outlet, your Poolwerx vans act as high-profile mobile billboards, plus high impact retail signage, keeping you front of mind with customers.
