Aussie Farmers Direct announces new CEO

Aussie Farmers Direct has announced the appointment of Jordan Muir as CEO of Aussie Farmers Direct.

This follows the departure of Braeden Lord as CEO, a role he has held for five years.

In a statement, Aussie Farmers Direct said “The company wishes to thank Braeden Lord for his contribution over the last five years at the helm of Aussie Farmers and recognises his considerable skill and leadership, through a significant period of growth. Braeden will stay on as a shareholder and director of the subsidiary boards and will continue his work on the Aussie Farmers Foundation.”

Jordan Muir, who was a co-founder of Aussie Farmers Direct with its chairman, William Scott, will drive the digital side of the business through its next phase of growth.

Muir recently oversaw the introduction of the Aussie Farmers Direct iPad and iPhone ordering apps which have already secured more than 40,000 downloads Australia wide.

Peter Skene will continue to lead as CEO of the Aussie Farmers Dairy group. Over the coming months, the company will announce further expansion in this division.
