Who is Pizzacutters?

Pizzacutters Gourmet Pizza first opened in 1998 to offer premium quality gourmet pizza to the fast growing take away and home delivery market. Brothers Simon and Sam Lumbroso developed their concept to fill a void in a market by offering a fresh, quality alternative.

Starting with a store in Northern Sydney, Pizzacutters pizza franchise has expanded into other locations around Sydney. Over the past ten years Pizzacutters has won many awards judged by top chefs and food critics for product originality, flavour and quality.

In addition to the large selection of gourmet and traditional pizzas on the menu, each store also offers a variety of sides including chicken wings, fresh salads, gelato, cold drinks and our famous dessert pizzas. Stores operate seven nights a week and offer take away, pick up and home delivery.

Where to from here?

Step 1: Visit www.pizzacutters.com.au and follow the franchising links to register your initial interest. Following this we will contact you to discuss the offer in more detail. If following this initial discussion we are both comfortable to proceed, we will arrange a suitable time for a first interview

Step 2: The initial meeting is a ‘getting to know you’ meeting. During the process we will clarify the key elements of the Pizzacutters business opportunity, and ascertain whether there is a good fit between the two parties. At the end of the meeting you will be provided with the relevant system/financial information and an application form to take home and complete.

Step 3: Following the initial meeting, we encourage you to conduct research or seek independent advice to evaluate the Pizzacutters franchise opportunity. If you intend to proceed further, you will be required to make a fully refundable application fee of $3000 accompanied by your completed Franchisee Application Form prior to your second meeting

Step 4: During the second meeting more specific issues regarding franchising, such as the Franchise Code of Conduct, Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreement will be presented and discussed. You will then be required to take these documents and seek independent legal and accounting advice

Step 5: The third meeting will resolve any outstanding issues and questions and will introduce some of the other members of the Pizzacutters team. At this point we will also confirm the most suitable location for the franchise.

Step 6: The key objective for the final meeting is to finalise the decision and sign the Offer to Franchise. At this point you will be expected to pay the franchise fee and we will proceed to finalise the legal documentation
