What is the true value of your business experience?

"Cost savings of 11% to 40%."

World leaders in cost reduction
Over the past 15 years, Expense Reduction Analysts has established an international reputation as a world leader in the management and reduction of business costs, with a network of over 500 consultants present in more than 25 countries.

Our no risk business model - "no results, no fees" - is a powerful sales argument, that has allowed us to attract thousands of clients, from small independently owned businesses to major multinational corporations.

Using a combination of proven in-depth analysis techniques and our unique knowledge of local and international markets, our highly trained Expense Reduction Analysts franchisees identify sources of hidden profits across a wide range of non-strategic cost categories (telecommunications, printing, office supplies, freight, travel and many more).

The resulting cost savings are shared 50/50 with our clients over a minimum 18 month period, producing additional profits for our clients and significant levels of revenues for Expense Reduction Analysts franchisees.

As a new member of the Expense Reduction Analysts network, you benefit from an initial training programme covering all the key aspects of our business - marketing, sales, cost analysis, supplier negotiations, client management -followed by a six month coaching period under the supervision of an experienced Expense Reduction Analysts consultant.

"With the support of the Franchisor, I was able to build my business to the point where I now have an extremely successful and profitable business."

What our franchisees say:

"I joined Expense Reduction Analysts from a background as the Director of a fund raising organisation. Although I had studied for an MBA, I had no real business experience. With the support of the Franchisor, I was able to build my business to the point where I now have an extremely successful and profitable business."
Ruth Cohen (Australia)

"In addition to my own experience gained over many years in the corporate environment, I am able to leverage the skills and experience of our internal industry specialists for the benefit of my clients. Being self-employed yet working in a collaborative atmosphere is something I find very rewarding."
John Prendergast (New Zealand)

And our clients...

"Expense Reduction Analysts reviewed our costs of express document deliveries, both locally and internationally, identifying cost savings of 11% to 40%, that were significantly higher than our expectations."
Deloitte.

"We asked Expense Reduction Analysts to review our cleaning costs with the dual objective of reducing costs and optimizing quality. Following their intervention, we have been very pleased to observe that the number of staff complaints concerning cleaning quality has substantially declined."
