The construction consultant was responsible for the complete design and implementation as well as construction management of the 30 stores. The
business services franchise was also responsible for the creation of a style guide for selling the product to franchisees and for its worldwide launch. Since then, Alliance Project Services has added many names to its list of clients.
Among the most notable of its clients have been HSBC, NRMA, Culinary Edge, Julia Ross and Versace.
The consultancy services provider has successfully completed a range of projects in construction, health care, hospitality, retail, and industrial. Among the products and services offered by the construction management franchise are building, design, communications/information technology, finance, marketing, maintenance, as well as project management and consulting.
