
The Cafe2U franchise two support offices have more than 30 years combined experience in the hospitality industry.
The roles of both guys are dedicated to training and support of mobile franchise partners. They are available for support 24/7 and are not distracted by selling new coffee franchise businesses or management issues.
“Everyone learns differently, so we ensure one-on-one training is tailored to each franchisees needs,” says Theo Theodosi.
“Although we have an extensive training programme which includes business and selling skills, we insist on spending days to perfect making café style espresso coffee,” he continues.
They train new Cafe2U franchise partners to make the supreme coffee that Café2U is renowned for. Using a special “Café2U Blend” all franchisees can be assured that they serve their customers a consistently supreme coffee.
When they are not training new mobile franchise partners, they are on the road assisting franchisees in all states. One of our coffee franchisees, Belinda, from Tuggerah, NSW sent this email after a visit from Dino Demetriou.
