The Clark Rubber franchise agreement

Upon approval of your application by the Clark Rubber franchise and after reviewing your business plan and financial statements, the next step is to provide you with a franchise agreement. You will need to provide details of your business structure before we can provide a rubber franchise agreement and we will send you some forms to provide the information we need.

The retail rubber franchise agreement is the contract that outlines the relationship and formalises the responsibilities, actions and performance of both parties during and beyond the term of the franchise. You will find the agreement is weighted towards the protection of the Clark Rubber franchise system and the franchisor. This is done to protect the systems, intellectual property, image and uniformity of the rubber franchise system and therefore the existing franchisees and the franchisor.
