The Clark Rubber franchise: a proud Australian brand

The Clark Rubber franchise is a proud Australian brand which has earned its place as an icon of the Australian retail landscape. The adoption of franchising as its business model was based on the firm belief that the rubber franchise concept provides the best opportunity for businesses to be managed with ownership stakes being the driver for ambitious and independent people owning their own business and maximising its potential.

Today, the retail rubber franchise has more than 70 stores throughout Australia and is growing. Our high quality support services from our retail rubber franchise support office are constantly being refined and improved.

The franchisor/franchisee relationship provides both parties with the opportunity to grow and prosper in the Clark Rubber franchise. It is important to remember that the franchisor is a safety net, not a hammock. The franchisor provides the rubber franchise brand, system and support but it is up to the franchisee to provide the retail and business drive and expertise necessary to grow the business.

The retail rubber franchise recognises that the success of any franchise system very much depends on the success of its franchisees and is full of praise for the enthusiasm, commitment and contribution made by the Clark Rubber franchisees that have helped make this great Australian brand the success that it is.

Our vision and mission statements reflect the focus at the Clark Rubber franchise on the simple fact that the franchisee’s success is the franchisor’s success.

Vision

To create a strong best practice and successful franchised retail system recognised for excellence, retailing an ever-expanding range of lifestyle products.

To offer people who wish to go into their own rubber franchises an opportunity to do so under a powerful and easily recognised national brand identity.

Mission statement

To develop and assist retail rubber franchisees to achieve best practice to reach their full potential to manage and grow a profitable and successful Clark Rubber franchise business.
