What are your franchise’s goals for 2007?
Sumo Salad’s goals for 2007 are to maximise franchise owners’ returns and to increase the number of stores to allow more people access to healthy fast food alternatives.  

What are the significant achievements your franchise has celebrated in the last 6 months?
Expansion into international markets such as Dubai and the UK in addition to more stores across Australian states. We also plan to increase brand recognition and awareness due to successful marketing campaigns.  

What are the top three attributes you are seeking in a franchise owner?
Hardworking, entrepreneurial and interested in personal well being.  

What stands this franchise apart from its competitors?
SumoSalad is a young Aussie brand and therefore more affordable than other large overseas giants. We’re leading the way in the growing healthy fast food market allowing longer term increased return on investment.  

What is the average revenue/profit your franchise owners are currently earning per annum?
The new concept stores are doing $20,500 per week with an average net profit of $191,880 annualised.
