Domino's Pizza - Marsden, Waterford West, Richlands, Forest Lake, Goodna & Beaudesert
James Willard
James Willard (25), a Springfield Lakes resident, recently took over Domino's pizza franchise Marsden and Waterford West, growing his store count to six in just eleven months, after purchasing Richlands and Forest Lake in June 2007, Goodna in January 2008, and Beaudesert at the start of May.
In 2000, James began the career of a lifetime when he started delivery pizzas for Raj Bachu, a Domino's multi-unit franchisee in Sydney, where his hard work and enthusiasm were soon recognised and he was promoted to a multi-store manager.
Local franchisee James Willard said it was working for Raj he realized becoming a Domino's multi-unit franchisee was the career he desired and set about to make his dream a reality.
"Helping Raj own and run 11 stores, I knew becoming a multi-unit franchisee was the only career for me," James said.
"When the opportunity arose to purchase Domino's Richlands and Forest Lake I jumped at the chance, quickly relocated to Brisbane and haven't looked back since.
"Since my early days delivering pizzas, Domino's fast food franchise has helped me at every step along the way to becoming my own boss. I would never of thought when I started as a delivery driver in 2000 I would be in a position to finance the purchase of four stores in one year.
"I'm thrilled I've had the opportunity to grow my personal wealth through smart business opportunities within a Company that I love being a part of," James said.
In James' spare time he enjoys kicking back and relaxing, playing the PS3, his new pool table and going out with mates.
