Realestate IT offers search engine optimisation services to real estate agents. The IT and communications business notes that web sites without an easy access to consumers have no value, even though they feature numerous listings and the most impressive information.

The software designer says that search engines are rigid about what they want from a website. Google, MSN, Yahoo! and others oppose changes to websites and other tactics that unnaturally manipulate search engine results because they believe that a search engine should lead a searcher to the most relevant results for any inquiry.

Leading search engines have created and published a set of guidelines that enlist the characteristics of a good web site. Conforming to theses guidelines, Realestate IT will design clients’ websites that will give an edge over their competitors. Search engines offer space for a paid search listing as a text-based advertisement. Whenever, a visitor clicks on the advertisement, the search option will lead him to the advertiser’s site. The highest paying advertiser will rank first. In addition to the highest bids, a successful paid search campaign should have an effective ad copy, a streamlined visitor experience, and comprehensive tracking.

As the service is paid, the advertiser can turn it on and off according to his budget, run seasonal campaigns, specials, or a constant long term campaign to create consistent leads and gather search data.
