Quest to win

Michael and Anne Hibbard bought their first Quest franchise in 1996 and are now celebrating their win as National Franchise of the Year 2008 for Quest Royal Gardens in Quest's Annual Awards.

Quest Royal Gardens won the regional Victoria/Tasmania category and then went on to win the Franchise of the Year award, scoring the highest in Quest's Business Success Program. The 25-category evaluative tool is used to identify franchise performance in all areas of the business – from marketing and presentation standards, front office and staff management to financial performance and price integrity.

Other regional winners are Quest Wagga Wagga, Townsville, Harbour Village and Quest on King William. Employee of the Year – Australia is Ian Watson, Quest North Ryde; Employee of the Year – Corporate is Mark Wadsworth.
