Australasia's largest serviced accommodation provider, Quest Serviced Apartments, has been awarded the NAB Top Franchise Award in the SmartCompany.com.au 2007 Awards, based on 2006-7 revenue growth rates.

The Quest Group has properties in Australia, New Zealand Fiji with 15 new businesses under construction and due to open within the next year including Quest Mascot, an 91 apartment property at a purpose-built site within 500 metres from Sydney domestic terminal, 1 km from the international terminal, and the potential to cater to more than 29 million passengers a year.
The stylish apartments (set to open early November) will have individually controlled reverse cycle air conditioning, LCD TV Foxtel Connection, DVD player and stereo, in-room safe, direct dial telephones with voice mail and high speed in-room broadband.
The property will feature on-site parking, key card security access and a shuttle service operating between the domestic and international terminals.
