
Prosell’s Franchise network is different from other business to business franchise experiences.
As with most Franchises,
Prosell expects its Franchisees to market and sell the services in their areas. What is different is that they also have a central sales group that works both with the Franchisees and independently to develop large corporate contracts. They also have central resources that have the ability to manage such contracts.
This means that Prosell’s Franchisees need the sales and marketing background that makes them comfortable dealing with senior management of large organisations.
In early 2007, Prosell won a contract with News Ltd, to help them improve sales performance in classified advertising throughout Australia – a challenge in a market where online advertising and other options have an impact on the core business.
Prosell used its unique workplace accreditation programs to support, develop and improve skills and results at both management and team levels.
Prosell’s Franchisees helped to deliver these services across the country over a 6 month period. Though their work and the coaching they applied Prosell achieved sales performance increases that have maintained through Prosell’s ‘sustainability model’.
This unique approach has shown clear benefits for both the Franchisees and Prosell clients.
