
Andrew Watson started his career with
Robbins Watson which was previously known as Dougherty’s Solicitors in 1978. Andrew Watson became a partner at the
legal consultants business in the year 1986. The
advisory services firm later had Marcus Woodfield, Andrew Smyth and added as partners.
Andrew Watson was a part of Supreme Court of Queensland and solicitor of High Court of Australia in 1983 and possessed outstanding people skills and friendly manner. The advisory services firm’s partner was in-charge of commercial section of the firm. Andrew Watson expertise areas include commercial and conveyance, mortgage, conveyance, trusts, building contract, power of attorney, leasing, corporate issues, management rights and wills.
Robbins Watson’s other partner, Andrew Smyth, was a graduate from Queensland University of technology. Andrew Smyth became part of Supreme Court of Queensland and solicitor of High court of Australia during 1992 and has taken efforts to stress on professional quality work for clients ranging from individuals to National Corporation. Andrew Smyth’s areas of expertise comprise of commercial and conveyance, wills, corporate issues, powers of attorney, business succession planning and estate administration. The other areas of expertise range from special litigation, Court Work and Litigation, Resumption of Land Claims, subcontractors issues, failed mortgage Investments, building disputes, family law, will and estate disputes and commercial disputes.
After Marcus Woodfield became the solicitor of Supreme Court of Queensland in 1993, he joined Robbins Watson in 2000 and became the partner in 2004. Marcus has gained wide experience in all areas with specific focus on commercial area of law. Marcus has developed franchising law practice for both franchisor and franchisees among wide range of industries. Marcus takes care of details pertaining to self-control against future competition, terms of lease in which business is conducted and suggestion of stamp duty pertaining to sale.
Marcus provides solutions for problem relating to commercial and property transaction with his experience on litigation. Marcus Woodfield expertise areas consists of commercial & conveyance, mortgages, trusts, business succession planning, wills, franchising, corporate issues, leasing, powers of attorney, management rights, Conveyance and Property Development. Justin became solicitor of High Court and Supreme Court of Queensland in 1971. Justin main line of focus was on commercial and conveyance.
