Having coffee can be a way of communication, an experience, a quick 'go-to' place in between meetings and at Hudsons Coffee we are dedicated to creating the perfect cup of coffee, first time, every time.  

As the Franchisor our goal at Hudsons Coffee is help you build, own and operate your own successful franchise business. The Hudsons Coffee franchise system also allows you to be part of a well-known brand within a fast growing industry. You will receive on-going support and training from a company with an impressive track record of success.  

Quality
After searching the world for the purest coffee beans and undertaking a meticulous series of consumer research and taste testing, we have formulated coffee that meets the taste specifications of the Australian coffee drinking population. Our coffee is roasted to perfection and delivered roaster fresh to our stores on a regular basis. We place a tremendous emphasis on training because the art of great coffee making is a combination of the coffee beans and machinery, and most importantly the skill of the Barista. We'll teach you how to make coffee the Hudsons way, because we know what our customers want.  

Customer Service
One of the reasons for our success has been the consistent level of service we offer our customers. No matter which store you visit you will always receive the same level of service from our friendly staff.  

Marketing and Brand Management
Our full time Marketing Manager works with corporate and franchise stores to maintain and develop the brand image of Hudsons Coffee on a national, state and local level. Hudsons Coffee has developed a strong brand and reputable name via good service and a great product. Our marketing department continues to develop that brand through marketing activities, public relations, sponsorships, advertising and promotions.      

Site selection, locations, store design
We have an in-house Development Manager who is experienced In lease acquisition, site selection and sourcing suitable retail sites for Hudsons Coffee. We maintain a strong network of agents looking for appropriate site opportunities.  

We have a qualified Architectural Draftsman and Interior Designer who is responsible for the store design and development along with construction for all Hudsons Coffee stores.  

This ensures that the Hudsons Coffee retail concept is translated into a welcoming and attractive café environment that fits with our customer expectations.  

State of the art IT systems
Our IT system is the best of its kind. This sophisticated software will assist you in managing everything from staff to products. It will also produce numerous reports to help analyse and control your business to maintain control over quality and reputation, and optimise profitability as well as acting as a time management controller, ensuring even the most complex orders are delivered quickly and profitably.  

Training and Ongoing support
You are not 'just a number" at Hudsons Coffee, we nurture you, support you and Iisten to you. All new franchisees attend an intensive 8 week training course coordinated by our dedicated Franchise Consultant.  

Once in your store, your Franchise Consultant will provide ongoing support in the day to day running of your franchise helping you to optimize sales and profitability.  Your Franchise Consultant is the link between you and the Franchisor. They will ensure that all your business systems are running at optimum level and will regularly review areas such as quality, cleanliness, accounting, marketing and customer service, guaranteeing that all Hudsons Coffee franchises are operating at the highest standards.    

Young and evolving company
Hudsons Coffee was introduced Into the Melbourne market In December 1998 and remans a young and ever evolving company. Our Franchising department was formed in mid 2003 and is a recent introduction to the business. We currently have 7 franchised stores and 23 company stores nationally at Hudsons Coffee and will continue to expand.  

We constantly welcome, listen and encourage new Ideas from our customers, franchisees and staff to help improve our position within the competitive and ever changing coffee market.
