The two joint venture businesses merged into a single entity known as Esanda Fleet Partners and were purchased by Nick Johnson in the year 2006. The main vision of the transport franchise is to be recognized as a leader in terms of hassle free outsourcing solution in New Zealand and Australia.

The Fleet Partners encompasses three hundred staffs throughout New Zealand and Australia. The automotive business at present includes 60000 drivers supporting fleet leasing and management services.

The transport franchise offers novated lease, operating lease, mini lease, one call servicing and ex-lease vehicle. The novated lease offered by the Fleet Partners is a tax effective facility that is available for employees in order to lease vehicle through their salary package.

The mini lease service offered by the transport franchise allows people to have flexible access in terms of vehicle without long term commitment. The main benefits of operating lease in terms of automotive business comprise of one fixed monthly rental and better cost control, specialised account management to reduce administration.
