Ovenclean offers a professional and unique service, only using our own non caustic and no smell solutions. Each oven, cook top, hood, microwave and BBQ are all cleaned until they sparkle and the home owner can only say 'wow!' when they see the finished appliance.
Has the downturn in the housing market Impacted business? Why/Why not? Certainly not, although we only started in Australia in Feb 06. I can only say that the oven cleaning market is very buoyant. If you think about it every household has an oven, cook top and BBQ, and most will also have a microwave and range hood. So as can imagine there's lots to clean.
What is the start-up cost and on-going fee structure to become one of your franchisees?
Ovenclean startup cost is $31,000 + GST this Inc/tides your licence, equipment, solutions, cleaning materials, marketing materials, exclusive territory, training and much more. Of course there is a van to purchase/lease or a Trailer if you prefer.We have a fixed on-going fee structure, so the more you earn the more you keep.
What are the top three attributes you are seeking in a prospective franchisee? - A desire to be your own boss

What is the average return on investment for franchisees? Each franchise should be able to turnover $100,000 in their 1st year, as long as they keep to our proven methods (which we have learnt in 15 years trading in the UK).
