Ongoing training and support for your 7 Eleven franchise

Before you become a 7 Eleven franchise owner, you will undergo the 7 Eleven franchisee training program. This thorough and in-depth program includes a real training component in an existing convenience store franchise. The in-store component is complimented by classroom training where you will learn a variety of skills and procedures needed to ensure the very best success of your 7 Eleven franchise.

Ongoing support from the convenience store franchise will come via the Operations District Manager. He or she will constantly work with you and regularly keep in contact with you to help develop your 7 Eleven franchise.

Store performance analysis, operating expenses, product ranges, visual merchandising, marketing and promotion are just a few of the areas where support is provided.
