Ongoing support from the Clark Rubber franchise

Each Clark Rubber franchise partner enjoys a close working relationship with all the members of the franchise support office as well as their local, state-based franchise support managers. The role of the rubber franchise support manager is to provide advice, guidance, feedback and recommendations to the franchisee to enable you to make the most of your investment in Clark Rubber.

Each retail rubber franchise partner opening a new store will enjoy dedicated onsite support for two weeks during the store opening period.

Marketing

The retail franchise has a marketing and graphic design team dedicated to assist franchisees with their opening store campaign, which includes local press and radio, catalogue drops and grand opening point of sale materials, a raver machine, sausage sizzle and the “Clarkee” character walking around the store providing a focal point for activities, especially with the kids. The rubber franchise also has a five metre high inflatable “Clarkee” character which, council and landlord permitting, can be erected on the roof of the store during the opening store campaign.

Suppliers

The retail rubber franchise negotiated and continues to re-negotiate competitive deals with our approved suppliers to provide product to Clark Rubber franchisees in accordance with the franchise requirements and standard product mix. The Clark Rubber franchise product team is constantly looking for and testing new products for fit, performance, value for money and demand to continually provide our customers with a diversified suit of products.

Merchandising

The rubber franchise merchandising team provides a number of services to franchisees. Firstly, they will provide you with a retail rubber franchise store design based on your specific site. This will help determine what your opening stock order for your Clark Rubber franchise should be. Secondly, they are testing and implementing an alternative point of sale merchandising stands, displays and other concepts to encourage add-on sales and cross-sales to improve your dollar per docket return per customer that frequents your rubber franchise.

IT

A critical part of running any retail rubber franchise is the tracking and monitoring of the store’s financial and stock management performance. Each Clark Rubber franchise partner has access to a complete computer package, including point of sale, to ensure they can manage the business. The rubber franchise support office provides support and training to franchisees for all aspects of this computer package on an ongoing basis.
