Mike Smith is the new owner at Clark Rubber franchise Narre Warren.
Mike took over the retail rubber franchise at the end of May and has made significant changes to the store in that time.
As a result, the Clark Rubber franchise has rapidly become one of the top 25 performing stores in the country. Clark Rubber has 81 stores nationally.
As well as managing a 100-acre property with his family, Mike’s wife runs a saddlery business in the Yarra Valley. Mike ran a stock feed business in the same area for almost 10 years.
Mike said he was looking forward to becoming part of the Narre Warren community.
“Narre Warren, Berwick, Beaconsfield, Cranbourne and Pakenham are areas that are growing at a rapid rate and it’s an exciting time to own a business in the area,” Mike said.
