
Australia’s leading mortgage broker, the Mortgage Choice franchise is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Neumann as Franchise Development Manager (FDM) for Western Australia.
Peter has a strong franchising, financial services and property background. With the mortgage broking market growing steadily, one of his main objectives is to maintain and improve the current status of the financial services franchise in an increasingly competitive environment.
Peter will draw on his skills and success in working as a broker within the property and financial services markets in assisting the home based franchise to grow its quality franchise network base.
His main role is the strategic planning and operational management for the recruitment of quality franchisees in Western Australia, while supporting the goals, values and procedures of the company.
“One of my major challenges is to build interest of those looking into running their own business, along with assisting potential franchisees to understand that reputable brokers such as Mortgage Choice have an experienced support and training team,” Peter said.
“I decided to join Mortgage Choice for a number of reasons. Firstly, it is a market leader in a growth industry. It is also an industry that lends itself to franchising. The position is a sales and marketing role, which is always challenging and gives me the opportunity to share my experience and to learn.
“Mortgage Choice has a sound reputation in offering a leading, professional home loan service so I plan to encourage quality franchisees while keeping to a solid and regularly updated business plan so the company grows on par with or ahead of the industry.”
Peter joins the WA State Office team with a wealth of experience gained through his strong background and practical experience in financial services. He was most recently an independent broker within the Plan Australia group, and has also worked within the LJ Hooker Financial Services business.
“I plan to continually gather as much information as possible relating to the industry, competitors, the market and market trends while following complete compliance to the Franchising Code of Conduct in regards to recruitment,” Peter said.
”I am dedicated to proactively identifying opportunities to increase franchisee numbers, including but not restricted to strategic alliances, while continually seek out new opportunities. I look forward to working with this State Office and an ethical, experienced team of FDMs to promote strong growth of Mortgage Choice franchises nationwide.”
