New Signwave franchise sign and graphics centre opens in Belmont WA

A new Signwave® sign and graphics centre has opened at Unit 5, 1 Longfellow Court in the suburb of Belmont under the ownership of Jim Strang. Using state-of-the-art technology to produce signs and graphic solutions for businesses of all types on a quick turnaround basis, this is the first Signwave centre located in Western Australia, and brings the country-wide total of Signwave centres to 19.

Following nine years working overseas in Dubai, Jim, who has extensive business experience, returned back to Australia. Upon his return, he realised it was the right time to build his own business in WA by capitalising on his experience and knowledge. He began a concentrated search for a partner with the right values who could help him realise his dream of owning his own business.

Recognising a gap in the WA market and the city of Perth in the signage and graphics market, Jim found the business and partner he was seeking within the Signwave franchise system.

Signwave centres use advanced technologies and digital sign-making systems to create a full range of custom signs and graphics. Centres design and make products such as banners, corflute signs, ready-to-apply lettering, vehicle graphics, tradeshow exhibits and displays, architectural signs, Braille and tactile signs, safety signs and full colour digital imaging.

“We are about service, delivery and execution,” said Jim. “Our mantra is ‘visual communication.’ We are about helping our customers communicate a message to their target audience, and we will do this whilst striving to stand out from the competition through superior service and product delivery.”

Jim’s centre features the latest web tools which make the sign-buying process simpler than ever by offering web proofing, online quoting, high-speed file transfer and a large stock photo library.

“Perth offers a great opportunity to build a business within what is a booming economy,” said Jim on why he chose to open his business in Perth. “I’ve travelled extensively for 20 years and nowhere offered the opportunities to grow and succeed as this community. While this is a new industry for me, it’s an exciting opportunity and I’m looking forward to working within the community to provide some excellent signage solutions.”

Jim invites you to stop by, meet the staff and see what the new Belmont centre has to offer.

Signwave Belmont is located on Fairbrother St. between Belgravia St. and Abernethy Rd.
