
Following the strong growth and the exceptional in-store improvements instigated by managing director Andrew Benefield throughout the much loved cookie & coffee franchise chain, Mrs Fields has just been announced as one of the Top 10 Franchises in Australia. This is according to a recent survey of 900 franchisees across more than 50 brands, conducted by independent market research firm 10 Thousand Feet.
“Their brand new franchising website focuses largely on researching feedback and opinion from operators and franchisees as to their experience of the franchise brand they are with. This is done by surveying across categories such as operator rewards, lifestyle, tendency to renew, support provided, opportunities, passion and whether they would recommend the franchise to others,” explained Mr Benefield.
The famous Mrs Fields Cookie & Coffee brand not only made the top 10, but was announced as the No 1 franchise for being recommended – meaning that franchisees are happy to recommend the food and beverage franchise to friends and colleagues.
“This result shows the level of confidence that franchisees have in the brand,” Mr Benefield added.
“Seeing this recognition proves that we are a strong brand and have a lot of confidence from the people who would know best – our franchisees.”
The famous cookie chain cafe franchise fired up its ovens in Australia in the 1980 and is a 100% Australian owned and operated franchise group with cafe-style stores and Cookie Kiosks making up the main business. They have added a series of cookie counters in service centres – all of which are available to franchisees to join the acclaimed brand.
“Our latest ‘Try B4 U Buy’ initiative allows interested parties to actually operate a Mrs Fields store before taking ownership of it, further reducing the risk for both new operators and management,” said Mr Benefield.
