The Mortgage Choice franchise, Australia’s leading mortgage broker, worked closely with property information experts Residex on a collaboration that sees participating loan consultants now able to supply customers with two versions of property reports for free. The reports are provided at appointment.
This offering adds to the financial services franchise range of educational materials for customers.
The reports, valued at $65, provide the full sales history of any property along with an upgraded sale price, market commentary and nearby comparable sales as well as predictions. A large number of the franchisor’s New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia franchises are participating.
Financial services franchise corporate affairs manager, Warren O’Rourke said each report provides valuable information to help borrowers make an educated purchase decision.
“In addition to our service of helping people through the mortgage maze to find them the most suitable loan from our extensive panel of lenders, we can now offer detailed information on the property of their choice,” he said.
