The Mortgage Choice franchise, Australia’s leading mortgage broker, recently celebrated the persistence, drive and business planning and operating skills of its top brokers at its 2007 National Conference, held in Perth from 18 January to 21 January 2007.
Upon announcement of each Business Excellence Award (BEA) winner at the Conference’s Gala Night, the 600-strong crowd of financial service franchise owners, loan consultants, lenders and staff gave great applause to recognise the deserved success of the all-Queensland group of franchise owners.
Mortgage Choice National Corporate Affairs Manager, Warren O’Rourke said the remarkably similar high quality of franchisees within the company’s national network resulted in the BEA selection team checking and rechecking the findings from its extensive decision process.
“This year’s landslide win by our QLD franchise owners for the national awards was a surprise though of course well-deserved by all,” he said.
“We are incredibly proud to have an outstanding array of talent within our franchise network and every year we are excited to be able to recognise them in front of their peers.
“Each winner, whether in business for 18 months or over 10 years, has shown amazing growth personally and within their business while consistently increasing the quality of dedicated customer service. As with the rest of our talented network, they are motivated and have a passion to help members of their local community succeed with their property goals.
“It is this desire to succeed for themselves and on behalf of their customers that takes them to the top of the mortgage broking mountain”.
The company’s National Conference is a professional development event consisting of workshops, keynote speakers and roundtable sessions as well as themed evening events.
