More than happy Protect a Window franchisees

John and Chris Gallagher, Newcastle Protect a Window franchisees, have no regrets about partnering with the building utility franchise.

"This is our sixth year of association with Protect-A-Window as the Newcastle trade franchise and we have enjoyed continuous business increase and customer base over this period of time. Owing to the success of the applications of Paw55 and the fantastic benefits our customers enjoy, we enjoy loyal custom, whilst giving superior customer service and thoroughly enjoy the fruits of our labour.

“Our customers find the savings of the high cost of window replacement is more than worthwhile to use our mobile franchise service. Flexible working hours with valuable support network ensures our desire to continue our association with the Protect-A-Window business,” the Protect a Window franchisees said.

Alex and Maureen Stosic, Frankston building utility franchise partners, saw a niche for the business in the market.

“About 3 years ago Maureen and I were living in central Victoria and involved in the security industry. At that time we were looking for an add on business and we came across Protect a Window. After talking to some builders we knew we believed that there was potential for the product. We flew to the Gold Coast to meet John Gregory and Steve Reilly and were impressed .We started our Protect a Window business from Bendigo but after 12 months found that we were getting a customer base in Melbourne. We decided it was time to move so in February 2005 we moved to Melbourne.

“In March 2006 we decided that security and PAW weren't the neatest of matches and that we should choose to concentrate on one or the other,” the Protect a Window franchisee said.

The ongoing support the building utility franchise provides makes the franchise a winner in the eyes of Alex and Maureen.

“We have always found John and Steve easy to approach, prepared to listen and always helpful. We have found John committed to PAW and prepared to do what he can to help us grow our business and most importantly a man of complete integrity. So when it became time to decide which business (security or PAW) to concentrate on it was an easy choice. We genuinely believe that PAW will give us the financial benefits and life style we desire. Like any business it won't happen overnight and it won't happen without hard work but it will happen. Maureen and I are more than happy with our choice to concentrate on PAW,” the Protect a Window franchisee said.
