When one undergoes the process of reinvention, one not only looks and feels younger, but one notices it certainly gets people talking.
Tak Foster is a veteran in the car care franchise industry with 30 years experience under his belt. Taking over the Midas franchise in Mosman, NSW six years ago was an exciting experience for him and his wife, Daisy. The car repair franchise regularly underwent the reimaging process and has attracted considerable interest since.
“People who just live 10 doors down walk inside and ask when we opened the business, they are usually sure they haven’t seen it before and laugh with embarrassment because they hadn’t noticed it till now. I get at least three people every day commenting,” he said.
He is quick to point out that since the makeover the automotive franchise has grown and continues to create a stir. The team at Midas Mosman is made up of Tak, who takes a hands on approach and manages the car care franchise along with assistant manager Guiseppe and mechanics Joseph and David.
Tak believes it’s important to involve the car repair franchise with the community and be proactive in marketing your Midas franchise. The car care franchise owner father of three, Tak is also a keen windsurfer and fisherman, he has also developed a taste for a good drop of Australian red since moving here from Hong Kong as a young man.
