
The Crust Gourmet Pizza Bars franchise will go through an annual review of its menu. The Fast Food business adds new items and removes slow moving products. The Dessert business helps the franchisee to offer customers a well-reviewed menu, with starter pizzas, chicken, meat, seafood, vegetarian and traditional pizzas and calzones. The menu also includes desserts, salad and beverages, which increase sales.
The franchisee will be allotted with an exclusive territory, on the analysis of the growth rate of population and households, competitors, the delivery and drive-time. The fast food business will take the lead in announcing the opening of a franchise in a new territory. The dessert business will deliver menu brochures to households and the nearest franchise will take up orders.
The franchisees will undergo training for a month in an established outlet of Crust Gourmet Pizza Bars. After opening the store, the franchisees will have an additional training for two weeks. The franchisees will be offered a comprehensive operations manual outlining all the things necessary to operate a successful franchise.
